Get to know about foundation!

Every person works hard for their family, and all living expenses like food, shelter, clothing, and education depend on their earnings. While people save for their children and future plans, many end up spending their entire life savings on medical expenses in old age. Unfortunately, this leaves their dreams unfulfilled, and many even fall into debt, making it difficult for their families to recover.

At the same time, people spend large amounts on non-essential expenses and religious offerings. No God is asking us to do it—these practices are followed only out of tradition and social pressure. Instead of spending crores on rituals, ornaments, or food that often goes to waste, the same money could save lives if directed toward hospitals, education, or supporting poor families. The true value of money is realized not in offerings but in serving humanity, where every rupee spent brings hope, health, and dignity to someone in need.

Although welfare schemes and charitable organizations exist, very few extend sufficient medical assistance, and even those do not always reach the most vulnerable. This gap inspired the creation of HEALSHELL HAPPYAID FOUNDATION—to ensure that medical and social help truly reaches those in need.

We believe that every individual—fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters—deserves access to healthcare, dignity, and hope for a better tomorrow.

Our foundation is committed to:

  • Medical Aid & Social Welfare – providing healthcare support to underprivileged families to reduce the financial burden of treatment.
  • Education & Skill Development – offering free nursing courses, B.Sc. programs, diplomas, vocational training, Drone Pilot Course, and Java Cyber Security to empower youth with employable skills.
  • Community Development – uplifting marginalized communities through welfare initiatives that improve living standards.
  • Drug-Free India Program – spreading awareness and running campaigns to build a healthier, addiction-free society.
  • Youth Empowerment & Sustainable Progress – combining engineering innovation with social responsibility to create opportunities for self-reliance and long-term growth.

With over 5 years of dedicated service, he has been committed to education and skill development by offering free nursing courses, B.Sc., diploma, and vocational training programs. He also strives to uplift the underprivileged through medical aid and social welfare initiatives.

He has over 12 years of academic experience as an Assistant Professor in reputed colleges across Tamil Nadu and has been actively engaged in social service for the past five years, including initiatives such as the Drug-Free India Program and various community welfare activities.”

Donations to HEALSHELL HAPPYAID FOUNDATION qualify for deduction u/s 80G (5) of Income Tax Act 1961. Unique Registration Number AAGCH7162PF20231 approved on 2nd May of 2023 which is valid until AY 2026-2027.

We will send across your donation receipt either by email or on your address – this receipt is eligible for tax exemption and can be shared with the Income Tax authorities. If you’ve changed your email ID or your address, please contact us with the updated details.

HHAF takes utmost care to process your donations as per the instructions given by you. Donations once made cannot be refunded by us since they’re immediately put to work for projects.

However in case technical issues that may have occurred at your end while donating online, like a double debit or incorrect amount entered, we will process the refund if you bring the problem to our attention within 30 days of making the donation. Just send us a formal request for a refund, either to our office address or as an email to https://healshell.com/, along with proof of deduction of the donation amount, a valid PAN number and a photocopy of your PAN card.

If you’ve already been issued a donation receipt, please ensure that you return the original receipt to our office address as well, for your donation refund to be processed.

We will respond to refund requests within 7 days, provided all the correct details are shared. Domestic refunds would take 10-12 days and international refunds would take 20-25 days – from the date of receipt of the request.

All donation refunds would only be made in the name of the person who has made the donation.

Please note that if your tax exemption certificate is already issued, we’d be unable to process your refund request unless it is asked for on the grounds of any error made on HHAF’s part. In that case, we will refund the donation and bear the costs of the same.

No – we do not accept any cash donations in the interest of transparency and accountability. If you’d like to donate, you can do so through any of the ways listed here.

We raise the funds that we need for our work with the help of kind individuals like you as well as through CSR grants by corporates and institutions.

As an NGO, we do not receive any direct government funding. However, the government has extended certain tax and duty exemptions to us to help us minimise our costs.

Yes, our full-time employees are given regular salaries – we believe that this is important to attract the professional talent we need to manage our activities effectively. However, it is important to note that HHAF salaries are very modest in comparison with commercial corporate organisations
